HISING products, trademarks, PPM copyright-related licensing, MCMC-related registration or certification documents are registered under G KARA TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD. HISING GLOBAL SDN BHD is authorized to distribute, wholesale, sell, collect payment and provide customer support for HISING products in Malaysia.
2. Products and Services
We provide karaoke systems, professional audio equipment, digital entertainment products, related services, warranty support and software or song update services where applicable.
3. Product Information
We try our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and availability are accurate. However, product specifications, stock availability and pricing may change without prior notice.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel, reject or refund any order due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, suspicious transactions, system errors or other valid business reasons.
5. Payment
Payment may be made through approved payment gateways, bank transfer or other payment methods provided on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed. Payment may be collected by HISING GLOBAL SDN BHD as the authorized distributor and selling company for HISING products in Malaysia.
6. Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, product availability and public holidays. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product type and warranty terms stated at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, lightning damage, improper installation, negligence or damage caused by third-party accessories.
