Refund & Return Policy
1. General Policy
All refund and return requests are subject to approval by HISING GLOBAL SDN BHD.
2. Eligible Refund or Return
A refund or return may be considered if the product received is defective, damaged during delivery, wrongly supplied, or significantly different from the confirmed order.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Digital services, software updates, song updates, installation fees, customization fees, delivery charges and used products may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by us.
4. Return Period
Customers must contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
5. Product Condition
Returned products must be in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.
6. Warranty Claim
Defective products covered under warranty may be repaired, replaced or serviced according to the warranty terms. Warranty claims are not automatically treated as refunds.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or other agreed method. Processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
8. Delivery Charges
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or confirmed product defect.
